Eric graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2012 after earning an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009. Eric earned numerous scholarships and awards, and he obtained extensive legal experience in and after law school. Today, Eric practices civil litigation in New Mexico and Texas. Eric is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in New Mexico and has been admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas. Eric is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. Eric has handled legal matters occurring in over twenty-five different counties located within both New Mexico and Texas. Eric has even been asked and appeared pro hac vice outside of New Mexico and Texas. Eric has obtained favorable jury verdicts and judgments for his clients. As a litigator, Eric has obtained favorable dispositive rulings on summary judgment motions for his clients. Notably. Eric has reached favorable seven figure settlements for his clients. With impressive monetary results, Eric was invited, and became, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Eric is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40.
